DelusionCalc

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

DelusionCalc (delusioncalc.app) is a free set of dating-standards calculators. This page explains, in plain English, what data we handle, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • Your calculator answers stay in your browser. We never see them.
  • There are no accounts, sign-ups, or logins.
  • We show ads from Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google may use cookies for those ads, and you can control this.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

1. Calculator answers stay on your device

Everything you enter into our tools (age ranges, height, income, preferences, and so on) is calculated by code running in your own browser. Your answers and results are not sent to our servers, and they disappear when you close or reload the page.

2. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) automatically process basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and stop abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally.

If we add website analytics, we will use aggregated statistics (such as page views and popular tools) and update this policy before doing so.

3. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Local storage works in a similar way.

  • Essential storage: we save your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
  • Advertising cookies: Google and its partners may set cookies to show and measure ads, as described below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service, to show ads on our pages. Ads are how we keep every calculator free.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: we ask for your consent through a consent banner before personalized ads or advertising cookies are used. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time.

5. Links to other websites

Our pages link to other sites, such as data sources and Google's policy pages. Some links may be affiliate links, which we will always label clearly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please read their policies.

6. Children

DelusionCalc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some tools, such as the body count estimator, are for adults 18 and over only.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect accounts or calculator answers, we usually hold no personal data about you. For data used by Google for ads, use the opt-out links above. We do not sell or share personal information for money.

To make a request, email us at delusioncalc05@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

8. Data security and retention

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Technical logs kept by our hosting and security providers are stored for a limited time under their own policies, then deleted.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes, for example when we add new features or partners. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the latest version.

10. Clear your data

Remove everything this site has saved in your current browser:

Removes your saved theme and any other preferences on this device.
